I used to think the Solid Gold dancers were the most horrible thing on this earth. I thought that maybe they were made to dance like that as some sort of punishment for some heinous crime (seriously, kids think the darndest things). And then my sister Lori said, "Everyone wants to be a Solid Gold Dancer!" That blew my mind.
